Hop on the IFS Cloud Cable Car, formerly known as the Emirates Air Line, and enjoy the skyline of the eastern part of the city and the Thames from high above. This sky train connects Greenwich Peninsula to the Royal Docks and is the perfect way to get unforgettable views! The cost is only £6.

Sky Garden – a garden on the roof of London

Imagine a free vantage point with breathtaking views of the city, plus… a beautiful garden! Sky Garden is located at the top of the 20 Fenchurch Street building, known as “Walkie-Talkie.” This place is perfect for a romantic sunset, as well as for photos that will make waves on Instagram.

In addition to beautiful plants, you’ll find restaurants, bars and even live evening concerts. Remember, entry is free, but you’ll need to book your ticket online in advance – preferably 1-2 months in advance. If you’re planning an evening of music, tickets for these events are available weeks in advance.

If you’re a Harry Potter fan (like me!), you must visit Leadenhall Market. It’s a beautifully decorated shopping arcade that served as the setting in the movies about the young wizard. Walking between the charming stores and cafes, you’ll feel like you’re on Diagon Alley!

Warner Bros. Studio Tour – live magic

Speaking of Harry Potter… you can’t miss the Warner Bros – Studio Tour! This place is a real paradise for fans of magic. You walk through the Great Hall, the Diagon Alley and even the Forbidden Forest. You can see the props, costumes and sets used during filming.
